Ada West Dermatology bills all insurance companies, however, patients are responsible for knowing whether their insurance is in-network with our clinic. Please call your insurance company for any eligibility and benefits questions. If your insurance plan requires an authorization, please communicate with your primary care provider to have the authorization sent to our clinic before your appointment.

Payment

Payment is required at time of service, which includes your insurance copay for office visit, any procedures fees above and beyond office visit copay, and deductibles and/or coinsurance that have not been met. Cosmetic services are required to be paid in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit card, and Care Credit.
